Kulla Laas and Kristina Õllek are graduates of the Estonian Academy of Arts’ Department of Photography and are both co-founders and members of Rundum artist-run space. For this year’s Estonian Photographic Art Fair they take the role of curators and put together a selection of contemporary photographic art from nearby countries. The selection of works for the exhibition is based on practices that widen the borders of the photographic medium and its ways of presentation, here the form of the piece is inseparable from the concept.
